Sam Rosenberg

Sam is a Dunedin local, having grown up and completed his studies in the city. He has a diverse background in finance and banking, having worked in NZ, Australia, and the UK from 2008 to 2017. Returning to Dunedin in 2018 to be closer to family and start a family of his own, Sam was successful in running a small business in Dunedin, making many connections in the community. Most recently, he worked in estate planning and trusts and then in customer success at a local tech startup. Now he is looking forward to working in mortgage advising, having a strong background in lending and customer relationships, and a passion for helping people achieve their goals in a timely and appropriate manner, whether it be first homes, re-finance, top-ups, or investment properties. In his free time, he loves spending time with his girls, and testing himself with some distance running.
